Who is Lúcio Carvalho.

José Lúcio Azevedo de Carvalho, is a painter, designer and Brazilian philatelist. Self-taught, born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in the sub-district of Comari Village in Campo Grande on November 01, 1958, with the parents, José Sabino Carvalho Neto and Lucy Azevedo Carvalho.
